Job Description
The Division of Insurance is seeking a Counsel II to provide legal advice on matters related to the Board of Appeal, conduct administrative hearings, and review appeals and decisions. The successful candidate will also serve as an Administrative Review Officer and provide training and guidance to hearing officers.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- at least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in the practice of law
