The Massachusetts Department of Correction has immediate openings for staff attorneys (Counsel II) in its Boston Legal Office. The attorney will be responsible for defending correctional employees in civil rights litigation and providing in-house counsel on various matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- at least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in the practice of law
