Job Description
The Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council is seeking a part-time Legal Disability Policy Analyst. The candidate will conduct policy analysis, interpret legislative policies, and develop legislative policy briefs. Occasional travel and work outside of normal business hours are required.
Requirements
- Conduct policy analysis, interpret legislative policies, and develop legislative policy briefs
- Develop documentation to support Council policy positions and prepare policy talking points
- Track, measure, and report legislative/policy activity to the Policy Committee
- Monitor disability policy issues and build working relationships with elected officials and advocacy groups
