Job Description
Management Analyst III (Disability) to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Civil Rights (OCR). Provide mission support services for policy analysis and recommendations regarding the development and implementation of OCR’s mission. Conduct research and analysis for OCR’s disability portfolio by processing and investigating cases, conducting compliance reviews, and providing input for OCR’s disability portfolio on the implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D.) from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) or a Master’s degree from an accredited university
- Three years of specialized experience addressing disability discrimination and related matters
- Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance level II
