The Instructional Design Intern will support the Training Department in developing, organizing, and delivering high-quality learning materials that align with departmental goals and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, job aids, and eLearning content.
- Support the review, formatting, and organization of SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Prepare, print, and assemble training materials for in-person and virtual sessions.
- Provide logistical and facilitation support to trainers during live training events.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and training staff to ensure instructional content aligns with departmental goals and approved practices.
- Help maintain training documentation and version control within SharePoint or the Learning Management System (LMS).
