HR Learning & Development Instructional Design Co-op Fall 2026

We are seeking a motivated and creative Instructional Design Intern to join our team to assist in the development of engaging educational materials and contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing learning experiences.

Requirements

• Assist in the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and transform it into engaging learning experiences.
• Support the review and revision process of existing instructional materials based on feedback and best practices.
• Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive content.
• Conduct research on instructional design trends and best practices to inform project development.
• Help organize and maintain project documentation and resources.
