Job Description
The Attorney General's Office is looking for an experienced and highly motivated attorney to serve as an Assistant Attorney General in the Insurance & Unemployment Fraud Division. The position involves investigating and prosecuting complex insurance and unemployment fraud cases, including workers' compensation fraud, unemployment tax and compensation fraud, and motor vehicle insurance fraud.
Requirements
- Member of the Massachusetts bar
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of full-time legal experience
- Experience in white collar litigation, insurance/unemployment law, or other complex criminal litigation preferred
- Ability to develop and oversee complex criminal investigations
- Outstanding research, writing, and advocacy skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
