Job Description
The Attorney General’s Office is seeking an experienced and highly motivated attorney to serve as an Assistant Attorney General in the Insurance & Unemployment Fraud Division. The position involves investigating and prosecuting complex insurance and unemployment fraud cases.
Requirements
- Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of full-time legal experience, including significant experience as a prosecutor or defense attorney, preferred.
- Experience in white collar litigation, insurance/unemployment law or other complex criminal litigation is considered a plus.
- A valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required, as travel is necessary to various courts.
