Job Description
Massive Rocket is a high-growth Braze & Snowflake agency looking for a CRM Team Lead to lead and manage a team of CRM Consultants. The role involves leading the execution of CRM initiatives, team leadership and development, and data management and analysis. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in CRM, 4+ years of experience in a team leadership position, and 2+ years of Braze experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM
- 4+ years of experience in a team leadership or management position
- 2+ years of Braze experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Proven ability in leveraging AI tools
- Understanding of relational databases and data structures
- Proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in an agency setting or client-facing roles
- C1 level of English proficiency
