Job Description
MassMutual is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with data governance concepts and practices. The role involves troubleshooting problem areas, identifying data gaps, and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
Requirements
- Strong in data management including data analytical and reporting capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communications, high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to fast changing environment.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Governance concepts and practices
- Familiarity with DQ measurement and monitoring and tools such as Collibra DQ
- Experience understanding data models.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Presentation skills in demonstrating reporting and data analysis.
- Familiar with the agile project delivery process.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Catalogs such as Alation, Collibra or similar
- Familiarity with Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar
