We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Practice Assistant for our long-term client, a prominent law firm offering legal services to businesses of all sizes and individuals across the United States in various practice areas.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in various practice areas
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, court appearances, client calls, and travel arrangements
- Assist with attorney time entry and billing using InTapp and other firm-approved systems
- Open, organize, and maintain both electronic and physical files using iManage or similar document management systems
- Oversee secure document management, storage, and retrieval processes
- Coordinate the filing and service of legal documents with courts, agencies, and registries
- Serve as a professional and confidential point of contact for clients, handling routine communications
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filing and delivery of all case-related materials
- Support conflict checks, client intake, and engagement letter processes using internal systems
- Collaborate with paralegals, assistants, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Benefits
