Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3β6+ years in HR, organizational design, consulting, workforce transformation, or HR management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other compensation/HR management software)
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local market trends
- Arabic: Native proficiency
- English: Excellent command (reading, writing, and speaking)
