The Organizational Design Specialist plays a critical role in shaping organizational structures that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic objectives and operate effectively at scale.
Requirements
- Define, maintain, and govern job architecture and organizational design principles
- Review and validate new and revised role designs
- Analyze organizational structures to identify inefficiencies, duplication, or misalignment
- Collaborate with Compensation, Talent, Learning, and HR Business Partners
