Job Description
We are looking for a Junior PM & Scrum Master to join our team, who embodies the Agile mindset and can translate it into real business goals, supporting a large team and ensuring team efficiency, while acting as a partner for the client and guardian of team efficiency.
Requirements
- minimum 6 months of commercial experience in IT
- solid theoretical knowledge of Scrum and product delivery processes
- strong understanding of Agile principles
- experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
- English C1, Polish C1
- problem-solving mindset
- strong sense of ownership and responsibility for both process and team effectiveness
