Job Description
MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is looking for a Picking Floater to provide production line support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrated experience leading or being part of a team, and basic math skills. The job involves coaching team members, collaborating with support teams, completing repairs, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team
- Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division)
- Experience with basic computer applications
- Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivated
