Production Floater $23.00/hr

Join MasterBrand as a Production Floater and provide production line support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. As a leader in shaping environments, MasterBrand takes pride in its stylish products, expansive network, and dedicated associates.

Requirements

• Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S.
• Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis.
• Complete repairs as they arise
• Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.
• Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation
• Conduct periodic supply checks. Retrieve parts for the department as needed.
• Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving Andons as needed.
• Oversee and Assist with end of shift clean-up process.
