AP Financial Crime - Service Management Reliability Engineer Lead

We are now building a new Centre of Excellence (COE) in Asia-Pacific, designed to act as a regional hub for the Cyber & Scam Centre. The Centre will drive scalable growth and robust delivery tailored to AP priorities, responsible for developing innovative solutions, use cases to the needs and priorities for AP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Service/Operational Management background
• Understanding of the Financial Services Industry
• Proven communication skills, (both oral and written) including the ability to communicate confidently and effectively to Senior Leadership
