Job Description
We're seeking a Director, B2B Marketing, to champion customer advocacy and recognition programs while driving integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Own customer advocacy initiatives and drive measurable impact for the Services business.
- Oversee customer story management and lead execution of our annual Circle of Honor program.
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across channels and customer touchpoints.
- Set and monitor KPIs for customer stories and Circle of Honor initiatives.
- Manage a direct report and team of campaign specialists and program leads.
