Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead regional driver-based forecasting, revenue analysis, and variance tracking. The role will support a broad spectrum of financial processes and initiatives, including driver based forecast models, quarterly earnings preparation, and external guidance support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in driver-based forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel; familiarity with Hyperion and AI forecasting tools is a plus.
