Director, Product Management role for Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) enables issuers, wallet providers, merchants, and other token requestors to securely digitize Mastercard cards for digital payments. The Director, Product Management will lead product management and commercialization for MDES Device Wallets (M4D) across major global wallets and define and execute the go to market strategy.
Requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements for device based wallets.
- Partner closely with product architects and engineering teams to define, validate, and optimize technical flows.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure delivery timelines align with customer and market expectations.
- Work hand in hand with engineering teams to bring products from concept to launch.
- Secure required approvals from legal, data privacy, and compliance teams.
- Partner with regional teams to develop and execute go to market strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and ensure strong product positioning in the market.
- Adapt and tailor products to meet regional and market specific needs in collaboration with Mastercard regional teams.
- Develop sales enablement materials, customer facing collateral, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to structure commercial agreements and contracts.
- Work with pricing teams to define pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics.
- Lead and execute the end to end go to market strategy for device based wallet solutions.
