Director, Product Management – Transfer Solutions LAC (Mastercard Send)

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management leader with deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem—particularly real-time payments and money movement. As Director of Product Management for Mastercard Send in LAC, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product across the region.

Requirements

• Significant experience in the financial services industry, with proven success leading product management or product development teams.
• Deep understanding of real-time payments, alternative payment methods, and money movement flows.
• Experience translating customer needs and insights into actionable product enhancements and market strategies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, manage, and mitigate product and business risks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence functional and regional boundaries.
• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
