Mastercard is seeking a Director of Publisher Platform & Experience to support the Vice President of Publisher Experience and Platform within Mastercard Commerce Media. The role will partner closely with the VP to help define, build, and scale the publisher platform, with a strong focus on execution, delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ad tech, commerce media, marketplaces, or real-time platform environments
- Hands-on product leadership experience owning meaningful platform or infrastructure adjacent capabilities
- Proven ability to partner deeply with Engineering on technically complex systems at scale
- Experience operating in high throughput, data-driven, or decisioning-centric platforms
- Demonstrated success delivering large initiatives in matrixed, cross-functional organizations
- People leadership experience with a track record of developing product talent
- Versed in AI-enabled product development and interest in responsible AI adoption
- Clear, confident communicator able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, senior executives, and customers
