VP, Publisher Experience and Platform, Commerce Media

We are seeking a VP of Publisher Experience and Platform for Mastercard Commerce Media. This leader will be responsible for the new platform for publishers, inclusive of front end, back end, decision engine, reporting, onboarding, and overall publisher experience to display ads and offers.

Requirements

• Solid Ad Tech platform experience
• Background in commerce media, marketplaces, or real time platforms
• Platform owner of a commerce media business, have either built from the ground up or intimately familiar with existing platforms
• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure adjacent solutions at enterprise scale
• Strong judgment in complex, high throughput, real time or decisioning driven environments
• Demonstrated success partnering deeply with Engineering on technically sophisticated products
• People leader, talent developer
• Experience driving AI enabled product strategies with a focus on responsible adoption
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
