Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or equivalent roles within financial services, payments, fintech, or adjacent industries
- Proven experience leading regional or multi-country strategic initiatives
- Strong track record partnering with senior executives, providing structured strategic advice, executive level insights, and clear recommendations to inform decision making
- Deep experience in data-driven strategy development, including market analysis, competitive assessment, scenario modeling, and financial or commercial impact sizing
- Hands-on experience translating strategy into execution, including the definition of roadmaps, KPIs, scorecards, and governance mechanisms to ensure follow through and measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Commercial, and Country teams, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared strategic priorities
- Strong understanding of payments, financial services, or digital ecosystems, including market structure, competitive dynamics, partnerships, and regulatory considerations in emerging markets
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, concise narratives for senior audiences
