Manager, Product Management

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for the Security Solutions (SSO) team. The role will serve as the North LAC Subject Matter Expert for SSO products and services, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing ongoing product, project, and program leadership to support the continued expansion of Mastercard's Safety and Security initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, with strong knowledge of fraud prevention, digital security, and payment solutions for financial institutions.
• Solid account management experience, with the ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated discipline in Product Management Excellence (PME), including sales pipeline development, management, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, proactively address issues, and escalate effectively when required.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in the credit card and digital payments industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience delivering initiatives in partnership with regional market teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
