Manager, Product Management

The Manager, Product Management will drive the development and success of Mastercard Move's innovative solutions, including Mastercard Send, by defining and executing the service differentiation strategy for disbursements and remittance flows.

Requirements

• Product Governance: Drive product governance excellence by guiding cross-functional teams through structured advancement decisions
• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for Mastercard Move's money movement portfolio
• Product Roadmap: Utilize customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to build product roadmaps
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, operations, regional partners, and customer-facing teams
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to measure the success of products
• Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the product launch process and ensure key internal and external stakeholders are well-prepared
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that product solutions meet industry standards, compliance requirements, and Mastercard's security protocols
