Product Manager

Product Manager responsible for leading highly visible projects to meet market and regulatory needs, working with technology teams to deliver working solutions, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• Experience with financial products
• Experience designing solutions that both enhance the product offering, and work within the design principles
• Extensive knowledge of planning and project management processes, methods, and required techniques
• In depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and automated project planning tools
• Experience working with technical applications and/or information systems (or equivalent)
• Ability to clearly understand business goals and translate them into technical and operational implications to support proper planning
• Comfortable working at a detailed level with interface specifications & doing related data mappings to and from APIs
• Ability to work collaboratively with development and business stakeholders within an Agile team
• Solid analytical skills are essential, i.e. the ability to take high level requirements and drill these down into detailed functional requirements under your own initiativ
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations and explain technical concepts to non technical audiences
• Solid understanding of systems development methodologies, organizational change management principles, and business process improvement frameworks
• Knowledge of MasterCard and the payments industry (a plus)
• English proficiency (required)
