Staffing Senior Analyst, Advisors Client Services

The Staffing Senior Analyst, Advisors Client Services role works closely with the Staffing Business Partner and team members to execute the Client Services strategy and drive engagement within the teams. The role involves aggregating staffing needs, assigning capacity to client engagements, and working with internal systems and processes.

Requirements

• Aggregate staffing needs at a co-hort level, understanding specific engagement requirements and coordinating prioritization between projects;
• In close cooperation with the Staffing Business Partner, assign the appropriate capacity to client engagements based on predefined criteria targeting optimization of resource utilization and learning opportunities for team members across areas of specialization and markets;
• Work using the internal systems and processes through all phases of the engagement lifecycle;
• Aggregate co-hort level metrics and insights for management reporting purposes;
• Work with the Staffing Business Partners to ensure appropriate and well thought through, balanced team structures are proposed thereby ensuring quality outcomes on the projects and success for the clients.
• Work collaboratively with other staffing managers and the business within a structured framework and against set timelines to ensure efficient and smooth running of a weekly staffing batch-based process.
