Staffing Analyst, Business Process Improvement

Staffing Analyst, Business Process Improvement: Aggregate staffing needs, assign capacity to client engagements, and work collaboratively with the Global Staffing team to ensure efficient and smooth running of a weekly staffing batch-based process.

• Partner at heart – close partnership with Advisors Client Service team members and the rest of the Global Staffing team;
• Business acumen – understanding of business drivers that impact revenue generation;

• Project Manager – managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Strong individual contributor- able to self-manage independently, while coordinating with Track and global staffing teammates;
• Previous experience in a similar role in another professional services company beneficial.
