Technical Program Manager II

Mastercard is a global technology company in the payments industry. The Technical Program Manager II plays a critical role in driving planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs within the Employee Digital Experience (EDE) organization. The TPM II owns execution for assigned initiatives or major workstreams, organizing delivery across multiple teams while operating within an established program strategy.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical intiatives across multiple teams
• Strong planning, organization, and execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and influence partners without direct authority
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging technical and non technical audiences
• Ability to operate independently within a defined program strategy, seeking guidance as needed
