Technical Program Manager II

Mastercard is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to drive planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs within the Employee Digital Experience organization. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, strong planning, organization, and execution skills, and the ability to manage dependencies and influence partners without direct authority.

• Ability to manage dependencies and influence partners without direct authority
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently within a defined program strategy
• Working understanding of enterprise platforms and integrations
• Ability to engage credibly in technical discussions related to architecture, sequencing, and trade offs
• Experience supporting programs spanning multiple systems or services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI, Domo, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
