Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Digital Product Analytics & Insights- Enablement to lead the development and implementation of analytics strategy to support business goals and drive company growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading Analytics for large businesses, driving innovation to be more data-driven, including challenging the status-quo.
- Experience in working with executive business stakeholders, translating their business requirements into technical requirements, and subsequently leading the execution and presenting findings.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing and globally distributed analytics teams.
- Experience in data management, data mining, data analytics, data reporting, data product development and quantitative analysis
- Experience on Platforms/Environments: Cloudera Hadoop, Big data technology stack, Databricks, SQL Server, Microsoft BI Stack
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau & PowerBI
- Excellent problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team player, excellent communication (oral/written) skills
- Financial Institution or a Payments experience a plus
