Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Data & Tech Learning to lead the development of technical talent at the highest levels of mastery. The role is accountable for defining and leading Mastercard's end-to-end strategy for upskilling, deep-skilling, and advancing technical talent.

Requirements

• Define and lead a multi-year global strategy for data, engineering, and technology skill development
• Establish a cohesive, persona-based learning ecosystem for technical talent
• Maintain a strong external and forward-looking perspective on emerging technologies and skill requirements
