Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Data & Tech Learning to lead the development of technical talent at the highest levels of mastery. The role is accountable for defining and leading Mastercard's end-to-end strategy for upskilling, deep-skilling, and advancing technical talent.

- Establish a cohesive, persona-based learning ecosystem for technical talent
- Maintain a strong external and forward-looking perspective on emerging technologies and skill requirements
