Vice President, Talent Management role will manage Performance Management & Development practice and Talent & Succession Planning practice, and provide thought leadership around talent management solutions, including talent assessment, talent pool management, talent brokering, and career management.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in I/O Psychology or Human Resources
- 10+ years of talent management experience
- Broad-based HR background, ideally with time in HRBP role and/or Talent Management Partner role
- Proven track record of re-imagining talent practices with tangible results
- Proven track-record around bringing ideas from creation to execution
- Ability to get things done through other people with strong influencing, networking, and collaboration skills
- Business focused with understanding of business and talent implications
- Technically grounded with expertise in talent management
- Strong performance orientation with ownership for work to achieve key deliverables
- Great teammate with ability to collaborate with business to connect and shape work
- Superb consultation skills with ability to lead stakeholders through process of re-imagining talent solutions
