Castro's (New Ownership)

We are looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our team at Castro's in Christchurch, New Zealand. As a high-capacity venue, we are a fast-paced environment, and our staff will need to be able to communicate with both guests and management confidently.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
• Knowledge and interest in craft beer is a positive!
• Experience with a POS system is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in communicating in English.
• Ability to manage a busy section and communicate with the Manager when needed.
• Ability to follow an Order of Service and provide full table service to guests.
