Food and Beverage - Duty Bar Manager

The Duty Bar Manager will be responsible for providing seamless service and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Bars and Beverage Services at the Hermitage Hotel. This includes leading a team, implementing initiatives to enhance the bar experience, and maintaining high standards of beverage presentation, quality, and consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 month's experience in Beverage service
• Qualifications in Hospitality desired
• Experience in training new team members
• Knowledge of restaurant and beverage trends, cocktails, and bar operations
