The Duty Bar Manager is responsible for providing seamless service and overseeing the day-to-day operations of any of the Bars and Beverage Services at the Hermitage Hotel. The role leads by example through operational expertise, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create an outstanding experience for guests.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 month's experience in Beverage service
- Qualifications in Hospitality (e.g. Duty Managers Certificate)
- Experience in training new team members
- Knowledge of restaurant and beverage trends, cocktails, and bar operations
- A strong desire to strive for excellence, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work with grace under pressure and stress
