We are seeking a sales-driven Branch Manager for recruitment of technically skilled personnel on behalf of our client. Responsibilities include overall responsibility for the branch, management of operational business, acquisition of new customers, and personnel management.

Requirements

• Completed education
• Several years of experience in the personnel services industry as a branch manager in the context of agency work for technically skilled personnel
• Business and personnel economic knowledge
• Smooth German language skills in word and writing
• High sales affinity, goal-oriented behavior and proactive working style
