Job Description
We are looking for a sales-oriented branch management for mediation (ANĂś and PERM) of commercial-technical personnel at our Neuss site. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the industry and be responsible for overall branch management, sales, and personnel leadership.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the personnel services industry as a branch manager in the context of the mediation of commercial-technical personnel through work subcontracting
- Business and personnel management knowledge - especially in the leadership of employees (gn)
- Fluent German knowledge in word and writing
- High sales affinity, goal-oriented and proactive working style
