Technical Onboarding Manager

We are hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives within Professional Services, spanning process standardisation, reporting/insights, and the first customer implementations of new product capabilities (MVPs).

Requirements

• 4+ years in external, customer-facing roles around technical SaaS products, including 2+ years with global B2B clients
• 2+ years leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end
• Experience producing high-level design documents and leveraging product/configuration capabilities to communicate solutions
