Job Description
Join the Sales department at Matera and accompany prospects through the sales process, understanding their needs and convincing them to join our solution. You will participate in the launch of new offers and develop sales techniques, complex sales cycles, and startup knowledge.
Requirements
- Realize the first phone calls with prospects who have requested a quote on our website
- Create a quick relationship of trust with prospects
- Understand their needs/problems and ask plenty of questions
- Convince them that Matera is the right solution for them
- Organize demonstration meetings with Account Executives
- Keep the CRM Hubspot up to date
- Participate in projects to improve processes and organization of work
Benefits
- Salary: 1,000€ (BFA) - 1,200€ (end of master's degree) + a variable amount depending on your objectives
- Strong skills development on sales, complex sales, knowledge of the startup and real estate environment
- Possible continuation in CDI with evolution into Account Executive
- One day off per month
- A computer and equipment will be provided
- Up to 60€ per month for meals (Germany) / or the Swile restaurant card (France)
- 10€ per month for membership to The Urban Sports Club (Germany) / or Gymlin subscription (France)
- Up to 35€ for public transportation
- 50% of the transportation ticket price is covered
