Job Description
The HR Generalist plays a key role in stabilizing and strengthening Morin Supply’s HR operations across Ontario and Quebec. This position supports employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters, helps maintain compliance and process consistency, and ensures strong execution across core HR programs including leaves, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee support, HRIS data integrity, and health and safety administration.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or advisor-level role
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters
- Experience with leaves, accommodations, benefits administration, and employee documentation
- Working knowledge of employment practices in Ontario and Quebec
- Experience working in an HRIS and maintaining strong data accuracy and file discipline
- Health and safety administration experience is an asset
