Job Description
The Product Manager functions as the key business leader to increase the sales, profitability, and market share of the assigned portfolio, partnering with internal resources to streamline the organization towards customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth
- Interface with existing and new customers to fully satisfy their needs
- Partner with internal resources to streamline the organization towards customer satisfaction
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Review business results, ensure customer satisfaction, develop strategies for growth and formulate tactics to expand business opportunities
- Develop and maintain the overall marketing communications strategy for all products and/or services
- Analyze and suggest new market segments for company based upon analysis of company capabilities and market segment requirements
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of company's technical expertise. Provide technical advice at customers' sites
- Develop and maintain technical skills to analyze and interpret information of a technical nature
