Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to drive regional growth strategy, ensure financial success, and align cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet market demands.

Requirements

• Responsibility for the introduction of new products in the EMEA region
• Development of effective market entry strategies and support of sales and marketing initiatives
• Observation of competitor activities and market developments
• Close cooperation with sales teams to increase sales
• Collection and analysis of customer feedback to continuously develop and innovate industrial connectors
• Development of the EMEA product strategy by adapting the global product roadmap to the requirements and dynamics of the EMEA market
• Support of the regional pricing strategy and initiatives for margin improvement through data analysis, value positioning, and competition comparisons
• Cooperation with Engineering and Operations to ensure product availability, quality, and compliance
