Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the industrial sector.
• Technical knowledge of connector products and industrial applications.
• Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape, including key industry trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics in industrial automation and electrification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultivate robust customer relationships.
• Fluency in English.
• Customer focus with solution-oriented thinking.
• Ability to travel 20-25%.
