Product Manager (F/M/D)

As a Product Manager, you will play a highly visible and strategic role with direct impact on global portfolio growth, revenue, and margin performance across multiple Business Units. This position offers strong ownership, international exposure, and the opportunity to collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain while influencing key customer decisions.

Requirements

• Define and execute the AFG/IND customer product portfolio strategy based on key applications and customers
• Identify and integrate suitable product lines from other BUs to complement and strengthen the IND portfolio
• Develop and drive growth plan in alignment with Sales and cross-BU stakeholders
• Identify critical portfolio gaps for core AFG/IND customers and implement gap-closing measures
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and cross-BU stakeholders to accelerate growth
• Define global go-to-market strategies and pricing guidelines for assigned product portfolios
• Own forecasting alignment, margin management, and day-to-day business coordination across BUs
