Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to deliver HR services and shape European HR initiatives as an HR Manager.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
- Fluent in Dutch and English (business level)
- Strong in Microsoft Office and HRIS (preferably Oracle)
- Willing to travel up to 30% within Europe
- Comfortable in a dynamic, international work environment
- Strong communication and social skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Discretion and integrity; the ability to build trust at all levels
