We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Osoyoos, BC. The role involves managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
Requirements
- Process and code invoices
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Investigate discrepancies and/or missing receipts
- Upload and organize receipts using digital receipt management software
- Obtain approvals and coding for non-purchase order invoices
- Review employee expense reports
- Prepare and process vendor payments
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with the maintenance of vendor accounts and accurate recordkeeping
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks
