Camp Administrator (Fly In/Fly Out) / Administrateur de camp (rotation aérienn)

MATRIX is a national company providing camps, logistics and aviation management services to a diverse range of clients in the resource and service sectors, focusing on safety, transparency and cost effectiveness. As a Camp Administrator, you will oversee administrative functions for one of our camps in Northern Quebec, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Fully fluent in both English and French
• Previous experience in camp administration or a similar role
• Level 1 First Aid Certification or equivalent 2-day course
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of camp operations and logistics is an asset
