As Parts Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the entire parts operation, leading your team, monitoring processes, and continuously improving inventory, delivery, and more.
Requirements
- MBO+ work and thinking level towards logistics or supply chain
- Experience in a leadership role within an operational or logistical environment
- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and logistical flows
- Analytical strength and leadership based on KPIs and data
- Experience with systems such as WMS, ERP, SAP, and Excel (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills with different departments and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop people
