Parts Team Leader

As Parts Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the entire parts operation, leading your team, monitoring processes, and continuously improving inventory, delivery, and more.

Requirements

• MBO+ work and thinking level towards logistics or supply chain
• Experience in a leadership role within an operational or logistical environment
• Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and logistical flows
• Analytical strength and leadership based on KPIs and data
• Experience with systems such as WMS, ERP, SAP, and Excel (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills with different departments and stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop people
